Of course we work with electronic data processing – but it is never the software itself that determines the course, rather an art expert with many years of experience in all areas of managing collections. Our curator enters all available data and information on the artwork’s background and life story in a database customised to your collection’s profile and management needs. We then prepare attractive, illustrated reports in the form of bound catalogues. You will also receive a complete set of storage and artwork identification labels.
You can easily generate new or updated reports at any time, or if you prefer, have us prepare them for you. We also offer online access and an optional service and advisory subscription. As soon as we have set up your database, you can generate loan and exhibition agreements, monitor your assets, and update and print new reports as required. If you wish, we would be more than pleased to take care of this for you! You can contact your curator at any time to receive all the support you may need.
